Minutes for Meeting on March 10, 2014

We discussed:

• The Movie Night and the Bake Sale, both of which will occur on April 16th.
• The Bake Sale will be held at 9:00AM to 4:00PM and will not only sell baked goods but will advertise “Bottles of LIGHT” run by Kenny Smith and Apryle Yekel. The Movie Night will run the same night: starting at 6:00PM and wrapping up at 9:00PM, the movie that has been picked will be “Geography Club”, the movie will be screened in Room 121 with food and drink being provided.
• Unify; a LGBT youth group out of Youngstown will be holding an event at KSU Trumbull. David (Pres.) and Megan (V.P.) are attending this even are look for another volunteer to aid with this event.
• T-Shirts have been decided upon and the color will be black with the Logo of the group placed upon it (front, more of the design is to be determined).

Minutes from Meeting on March 3, 2014

We discussed:

• The Bake Sale on April 16th that will promote various activities around the university, the Bake Sale will take place from 9 am to 4 pm.
• GLOW will also be holding a Movie Night also on April 16th starting at 6pm; the movie selected will be “Geography Club”.
• Pride Youngstown and Pride Cleveland were also discussed at the meeting and it was decided that GLOW KSU will not be participating in Pride Youngstown, however we have our hopes up for Pride Cleveland but further discussion is needed.

Minutes from meeting on Feb. 17, 2014

We discussed:

• The Spring Bake Sale! Which we have decided will be held on Wednesday, April 16.
• The new full colored posters have been printed and will be distributed on Monday!
• The Student Activities Fair will be March 19th and will start and 9:00am and end at 3:00pm. The President will also be looking into G.L.O.W. shirts being made for the officers.
• Some topics such as Pride Youngstown and Pride Cleveland have been tabled to be discussed at a later date.
